Internal Sales Executive

Position Summary

Highly proactive, tenacious telephone sales and excellent organisational skills to drive sales, meeting own budget responsibility along with supporting area sales managers to meet their budgets.  Defining customer needs and building opportunities play a key role to our growth plan to increase product range commitment throughout our dealer network supported with a market leading customer focus

Key Responsibilities

  • Take a pivotal, results driven role in the team to drive the achievement of the UK sales budget
  • Meet/exceed telephone sales budget responsibility
  • Strong team player providing active, hands-on support for the external sales team
  • Identify new business opportunities with existing and new trade partners
  • Can-do, positive attitude, dealing with orders and enquiries for existing and new customers
  • Report sales progress via weekly/monthly sales meetings and weekly conference calls
  • Document ALL activities on CRM software, telephone calls, sales calls, opportunities, leads, case studies, faulty goods, order tracking, market and customer information assigning links to ASM and NSM when required
  • Assist in the compilation of sales reports for the team
  • Project manage large order values over extensive periods of time
  • Carry out market research relating to market trends and changes to product sectors
  • Effectively communicate market findings and customer insights assigning through CRM to teammates and management
  • Represent JFC at trade exhibitions/events which included staying away from home.

 

Relief cover for breaks/holidays in reception

  • Receiving all incoming calls to the Company and transfer them and/or page the relevant personnel in a timely manner
  • Take messages and ensure that these messages are passed to the relevant personnel in a timely manner
  • Receiving all visitors to JFC, log in/out visitors, using the badge system
  • Log in/out all trucks, using the computer system
