Evolution Distributor Support
Purpose of Position
We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team as Evolution Distributor Support. Based at our Headquarters in Tuam, Co. Galway, this role offers an exciting opportunity to travel internationally, allowing you to build strong relationships with our distributors and ensure they receive high-quality service. You will receive hands-on experience across different regions, and markets, making each day varied and engaging.
As part of your responsibilities, you will maintain relationships with distributors, ensure processes run smoothly, while provide after-sales support to the highest standard. Key duties and Responsibilities
- Managing workflow, ensuring that operational and growth targets are achieved in the after-sales dept.
- Ensure that all after-sales support processes are maintained to the highest standard, with up-to-date training provided to distributors.
- Maintain strong distributor relationships, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively.
- Travel to distributors and End-Users, both in Ireland and abroad, to ensure quality standards are upheld.
- Ensure all documentation and process guidelines are readily accessible to distributors.
- Implement and improve existing after-sales processes, working across departments to identify and prioritise areas for improvement.
- Conduct training sessions and quality audits with distributors, reviewing business metrics.
- Ensure all work is tracked and warranty claims are processed in a timely manner.
- Oversee machine installations and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standard.
- Respond to customer feedback, identifying opportunities for quality improvements.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Education: A Level 7 qualification in business, technical or a related field is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales account management or after-sales support is essential.
- Customer-Focused: Strong ability to build relationships and provide excellent service to customers.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise with various departments including Sales, Service, IT, Marketing, and Dispatch.
- Problem-Solving: A quick thinker who can resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Training Abilities: Experience in training others and fostering strong customer relationships.
- Travel: Willingness to travel nationally and internationally, with a full, clean driving licence.
